Comments on a haircut depend on whether it is good or bad. Good haircuts merit a short, non-complimentary comment such as "Hey, did you get a haircut?" Bad haircuts, on the other hand, can be ridiculed, but only if they think it looks good. If the barber sneezes and messes up the back of their head, then nothing can be said. -Clayton Willis
