500.0: Traffic Rules
When you are in a driving situation where you have the right of way, take it. Don't wimp out and let someone else have it when it's yours, especially if it's another guy trying to take it away from you. In this case it becomes a contest that you absolutely must win. In a situation where the right-of-way is debatable (such as when you arrive at the same time as someone else at a four-way stop) again you must make it yours. Make it and take it. Also you must never pass up a clear lane. Make it yours and stay ahead of the game. -Guy
